Our tips

Arrivé invaincu en obstacle sur le Grand Prix d’Automne (Groupe I) l’an dernier, Jeu de Thaix a complètement cédé pour finir ce jour-là mais le cheval en a sans doute trop fait ce jour-là. Plus revu depuis, il fera donc sa rentrée ce dimanche, gare à ne pas trop consommer dans le parcours mais il a le profil pour être fort dès son retour en piste.
Sans doute le leader parmi les chevaux d’âge sur les haies, ayant réalisé le doublé Grande Course de Haies/Grand Prix d’Automne en 2024, Losange Bleu a été battu pour sa réapparition dans la Barka mais a tout de même bien couru. Il doit porter du poids, il ne gagnera peut-être pas ce dimanche mais il sera clairement monté en condition, c’est une première chance. Tombeur du pensionnaire de Dominique Bressou dernièrement, Square Saint Roch rattrape le temps perdu après une longue absence. Encore une fois, il sera très avantagé au poids par rapport à ses adversaires directs mais les élèves d’Arnaud Chaillé-Chaillé et François Pamart sont un peu moins bien actuellement et l’effet de sa forme avancée sera moindre par rapport à la dernière fois, il sera davantage vu pour une place. Enfin, pour compléter cette sélection, le doute est permis entre Gurzuf et El Clavel, le premier étant endurci dans les handicaps et en plein boom, le second ayant fait très forte impression en fin d’année dernièrement. Difficile de faire un choix mais la forme du premier nommé étant étincelante, on peut lui donner un tout petit avantage.
