Ils sont peu nombreux dans cette épreuve d’ouverture, mais c’est ouvert. Tout sera une nouvelle fois de question de sagesse pour Luxe d’Erable, qui possède d’évidents moyens. Auteur d’un bel effort final, le 29 avril, à Cholet, dans un lot bien composé, Lilian du Paradis s’annonce compétitif, comme La Paix, laquelle vient d’ouvrir son palmarès avec autorité sur l’herbe. Lembelie Verderie n’a trouvé qu’une bonne jument pour lui barrer le chemin du succès dernièrement, à Caen. Elle mérite crédit, de même que Love Dancer, qui a bien tenu sa partie à Caen en milieu de mois.
