Associé à Christophe Soumillon, le pensionnaire de Nicolas Perret devra se défaire de Vercors, qui a déjà bataillé dans de meilleurs lots, et de Kiaro, qui avait besoin de sa course de rentrée dans le Prix de Versailles à Saint-Cloud. Citons ensuite Eclaire La Vie, qui a une revanche à prendre sur Vercors après leur confrontation du mois de mai à Angers.
