Our tips

Issu d’une très jolie lignée maternelle, Le Riskel a fait honneur à ses origines l’an dernier, en plat, s’imposant dans le Prix de l’Avenir à Nantes en fin de saison, devant les meilleurs de sa génération. Plus revu depuis, il fera donc sa rentrée directement sur les obstacles, avec de légitimes ambitions. Même si la piste ne sera pas assez souple pour lui, on s’attend à le voir jouer un premier rôle.
Pas ridicule lors de ses premières sorties plates, tout en manquant un peu de vitesse pour faire mieux, Larmenay sera sans doute plus à l’aise sur les balais et mérite un large crédit dès ce vendredi. Tombé pour son coup d’essai dans la discipline à Moulins, alors qu’il était encore devant au saut de l’avant-dernière haie, L’Or de Chaba a ensuite été monté sagement à Compiègne, pour lui donner une bonne leçon, ne terminant d’ailleurs pas si mal. Ici, il redescend un peu de catégorie et sera peut-être mené plus offensivement, méfiance. Limité mais possédant un peu d’expérience, Livadi complètera ce choix en compagnie de Lutteur du Gîte, difficile à cerner mais c’est un poulain qui a du rythme sur l’obstacle, il pourrait garder un chèque.
