Idéalement situé au plafond des gains, dans cette catégorie, Matcho Meslois se présente à nouveau déferré des quatre pieds et s’annonce très compétitif en vue de la victoire à ce niveau. Ce pourrait bien être le Jour J ! Cela écrit, l’épreuve s’annonce ouverte avant coup et il devra ''sortir le grand jeu'' pour venir à bout principalement de Marquis la Mazure, déferré des quatre pieds pour la 1ère fois de sa carrière, en cette occasion, mais également de Myley Eldé, assez constant dans l’ensemble, et de Maestro Behem, à reprendre, face à une opposition davantage dans ses cordes. Milton du Châtelet, confié aux bons soins de Paul Ploquin, dès sa course de rentrée, dans ce lot, et Malika du Surf, alignée ‘’DP’’ d’emblée, cette saison, tenteront de séduire les amateurs d’outsiders valables.
