Cette épreuve réservée aux chevaux de sang Arabe pourrait tourner à l'avantage de Ghaffar De Brugère, qui a enlevé la préparatoire du 8 novembre, ici, sur 2.000 mètres. Nous lui opposerons en priorité Petite Aatika, qui fait preuve d'une louable régularité et ne manque pas de tenue, et Chouf The Star, un peu décevant le jour de ses premiers pas sur la surface. Il ne faudra pas négliger la candidature de Kareem, capable d'un coup d'éclat dès sa course de rentrée après une longue absence, ni celle de Zawania Star, capable d'un coup d'éclat avec Alexandre Gavilan en selle.
