A créditer de bons débuts en compétition (5ème), Florentin devrait pouvoir afficher de logiques progrès là-dessus et cherchera à ouvrir son palmarès cette fois, même s'il devra compter avec les candidatures de Lueur du Large, à créditer de bons débuts ici-même (3ème), et de l'inédit Lascar d'Estruval, portant le label ''Lageneste & Macaire'' (révélation possible d'emblée !), mais également avec celles d'Eufrasia, à ne pas condamner sur sa chute initiale (rachat en vue !), et de L'Equipe de Choc, autre nouvelle venue à la compétition, mise au point, pour sa part, par le duo ''Arnaud Chaillé-Chaillé/François Pamart''. En condition physique ascendante, Pelote Basc, dont on est en droit d'attendre de logiques progrès, et Doc Turvy, avec le port des oeillères australiennes pour la 1ère fois, viendront en bon rang.
