Our tips

On pouvait s’attendre à mieux de la part de Big Dream Cen après ses bons débuts à deux ans mais le poulain semble de nouveau sur la bonne voie, restant sur un succès obtenu avec autorité sur cette piste de Dax, aidé par le port des œillères australiennes ce jour-là. Ici, il va découvrir les handicaps, avec une valeur revue à la hausse mais le lot n’a rien d’insurmontable et il a la capacité de prendre le train à son compte. S’il se montre aussi sérieux qu’en dernier lieu, la victoire est clairement envisageable.
Retrouvant notre favori avec un avantage au poids, contrairement au 2 juillet dernier, Mirage Blou, qui a en plus déjà prouvé sa compétitivité à ce niveau, aura beaucoup d’atouts dans son jeu et s’annonce comme un sérieux rival pour le représentant de la Yeguada Centurion. Sans avoir beaucoup de marge, Marvelous By Night se montre constant et termine souvent bien ses parcours, il mérite donc un large crédit pour les places. Attention également à Hanmer Springs, qui n’a jamais gagné ni même terminé sur le podium depuis le début de sa carrière mais ses deux plus récentes sorties ne sont pas mauvaises. Pour son premier essai à ce niveau, une surprise est sans doute envisageable. Connaissant bien cette piste dacquoise, Beautiful Mess complètera ce choix, en compagnie d’Atxerri, qui n’est pas un champion mais a obtenu ses deux meilleurs résultats ici-même, mieux vaut donc s’en méfier.
