En plein sur la montante, Kaporal de Viette aborde cette Course F auréolé d'une victoire obtenue sur l'herbe de Montier-en-Der et, sur sa lancée, découvre un engagement de choix, au 1er poteau. A l'issue d'un déroulement de course sans encombre, il faut s'attendre à le voir jouer l'un des tout 1ers rôles à l'arrivée, même s'il devra craindre en priorité la candidature de Kung Fu Family, restant sur une série encourageante, mais également celles de Kingly Dreams, dont la grande condition ne se dément pas, de Klic Julry, à condition d'être dans un bon jour, et de Kaiser du Persil, n'ayant pas démérité, au cours de ses trois sorties les plus récentes. Konor Highland, le plus riche du lot, venant de se changer les idées sous la selle (déferré des quatre pieds pour la circonstance !), Kingsley, à reprendre, et Keystone Oaks, s'il fournit sa valeur, en évoluant sans ses ''chaussures'', cette fois, tenteront de séduire les amateurs d'outsiders plus spéculatifs. Une liste loin d'être exhaustive...
