Intégralement pieds nus pour la première fois, Little du Rib découvre une belle occasion d'ouvrir son palmarès. Lady Major, jamais plus loin que quatrième lorsqu'elle a été allégée dans sa ferrure (avec notamment deux victoires et un accessit d'honneur à son actif dans cette configuration), Louliana de Vandel, plusieurs fois performante sans ses chaussures au cours du premier semestre, et Loumia Castelets, qui vient de dominer les débats à Beaumont-de-Lomagne, ne partiront toutefois pas battues d'avance. Laïka des Mares, lauréate d'un réclamer à Vincennes lors de sa plus récente tentative à l'attelage, et Liane, bien qu'uniquement plaquée, n'ont quant à elles pas dit leur dernier mot pour une place.
