Seule inédite au départ de cette épreuve, Mia Sunshine est une petite sœur de Miss Yoda, une lauréate d’un Groupe I en Allemagne en 2020. D’emblée, elle peut frapper un grand coup pour ses premiers pas en compétition. Sa compagne d’entraînement Stupéfiante s’est montrée un peu décevante pour ses débuts alors qu’elle était la grande favorite. Estimée, elle aura à cœur de remettre les pendules à l’heure pour cette rentrée. Bonne deuxième pour ses débuts à Saint-Cloud, la Godolphin Menakoz a ensuite été décevante du côté de Compiègne. Rallongée pour l’occasion, il faut s’en méfier. Gaga Girl, qui vient d’effectuer une bonne rentrée, Rue de l’Odéon, qui aura pour elle son embryon d’expérience, et Hors Limites, irréprochable en deux sorties sur 1 800 mètres, ne seront pas là pour faire de la figuration.
